Night Owl's Professional Kitchen Cleaning in Northern Colorado

Night Owl's Professional Kitchen Cleaning has launched recently, specializing in providing expert-level deep cleaning services for restaurant kitchens across Northern Colorado, all along the Front Range. The company’s services include cleaning after hours and include, but are not limited to, under/behind equipment, hoods, ovens, grime removal, washing of walls and floors, and more.

Owner Aaron Guild is a Fort Collins, CO native who has spent his 25+ year career working in multiple positions within the service industry of Northern Colorado. Starting at age 16, Guild worked in fast food establishments, rising to managerial and district leadership roles before transitioning to other businesses, including family restaurants as well as bars. His experience has taught him the prevalent need for restaurants to contract assistance in the area of kitchen cleaning as the tasks involved in deep cleaning are not easy to do while the business is open. His is an after-hours service business that aims to bring restaurant kitchens to a new level of clean.

In addition, Night Owl's Professional Kitchen Cleaning has quickly expanded its services menu to include exterior pressure washing of restaurants, furthering their commitment to establishments and their cleanliness and appearance.

The restaurant industry in Northern Colorado is robust and continually evolving in terms of the types of food and establishments offered. Its food truck scene has blossomed, as have fine dining, pub, and specialty eateries over the past few years. Currently, the Colorado Restaurant Association states there are approximately 12,000 eating and drinking locations within Colorado and restaurant sales in 2019 were $14 billion. In the same year, Colorado restaurants generated approximately $386 million in state sales taxes. In 2020, due to pandemic, the industry lost 44,000 workers compared to the year prior, thus employing 193,000. Also before the pandemic, the industry accounted for nearly 10% of the state’s labor force. More than 75% of Colorado’s restaurants are independently owned and operated.

As new businesses continue to spring up and also the ebb and flow that is part of the business arena at all times, the restaurant scene is not slowing down in Colorado, despite shortages in staffing, which Guild remarked about. “The services that Night Owl's Professional Kitchen Cleaning provides,” Guild commented, “are ones that I know firsthand are needed and with so many restaurants in Northern Colorado alone, the business will continue to grow and be contracted by more private and corporate clients.”
