NFC wristbands help swimmers track data
Swimmers will soon be able to use NFC wristband, establish individual training system and monitoring of their performance in the pool. Five swimming center in Israel will pilot the use of wristbands, including a mobile App and connection LCD monitors dedicated channel swim.
Swimmers can get a NFC wristband from their own leisure center, and download an application. Swimmers swim program into the application settings, including the length you want to accomplish, and they hope to complete the number of times.
Swimmers enter the pool, contact information kiosks wristbands and the pool, will guide the swimmer to the designated lanes. Once in the water, a dedicated channel players will track a variety of data.
The pilot is initiated by Ledswim and NFC Israel, its chief executive officer Oren Cohen revealed that the product will likely launch in May.
"NFC wristbands equipped with a NFC tag, the application contains NTAG203 chip can read the tag UID," he said. "We use NFC UID allows swimmers effectively connected applications."
