Jaguar XJR Turns 20 by Next Year and the New Car Is Still Offering Endless Satisfaction and Mid-Gear Acceleration

The all new Jaguar XJR celebrates its 20th anniversary next year and it is still a compelling super saloon even after 20 years of service but one thing has changed in those 20 years. It’s the anticipation, yes! It isn’t as excitedly awaited as it was in the 90s.

What it Look Like?

New model has a face lifted design that adds a bit grace to the looming looks, however, new Jaguar XJR Engines technologies offer some extended refinement. Apart from all these positives and negatives, Jaguar XJR is still a driver’s choice and provides an endless satisfaction.

Jaguar XJR Engines:

The all new Jaguar XJR is a super saloon and it is fast too. The 5.0-litre supercharged Jaguar V8 engine offers a 545bhp of power and it has the ability to sprint from 0 to 62 miles per hour in just over 4 seconds which is around two tenths slower than the S63. This engine gives an astonishing mid gear acceleration to satisfy the drivers.

Limo-Like Characters:

The all new Jaguar XJR has limo like characters which is totally different from F-Type R approach. Although it confirms its presence on the road but it doesn’t allow the giant V8 engine noise to deafen the cabin at all. It is more on the quiet side as general.

Riding Experience:

It is the only that still makes the XJR a less eagerly anticipated vehicle and it has not been rectified yet but the Jaguar vehicles are known for their best comfort levels. Check out Jaguar engines for sale for buying best quality Jaguar engines for all models at cheap prices.

Value for the Money Spent:

Even after the refinement tweaks and updates, it is still a low price choice against their competitors. It is around £30,000 less than the S63. However the running costs are still very high with a fuel economy of 20mpg and a CO2 emission figure of 264g/km which returns a tax bill of £505 every year.
