Lishi is far too low priced these days , but still very fast and accurate and does require some skill and knowledge despite being easy to use , so such new toys are just that , boys toys , if simpler to use than lishi then not aimed at skilled pros , but aimed at those who buy on that very black market you mention for a wide range of reasons , some honest and some not.
