We endangered our career, whether in business or in the job due to aimless errand in achieving many things, we may call it is our goal, but it is not exactly the same.

For example, we all have a large number of wants or needs in our lives. We all struggle hard to make a sun rising domain. We labor under the sun but failed, we undergo worries in making out things but failure brings us irritations & depression. Even people made suicide or kill someone every day in some streets and lanes or some home or in shops around the globe. But, why, the answer is a lack of “Smartness” and the “Luck”.

Here I mean, if we don’t ascertain what our needs are, and which need is primary and which are subsidiary; then we fail in deciding our attempts for action/actions and the direction in which we must move on and the pace to be maintained in our action/actions. Once we become able to specify the needs and actions we are ready for then we become unstoppable in spearheading the hurdles and barriers that come to us. Even we don’t need to be nervous

or perturb. We reach the target we ever aspire for.

Because a goal is forecasting a result that has been ascertaining prior to the effort. A full proof strategy/a set of process confidently executed to achieve the target is the aim or goal setting. A goal is something that should match the needs of life and once it is fixed the motive shall be clearly visible in all our actions.

A positive relationship between goals and performance depends on several factors. First, the goal must be considered important and the individual must be committed. Participative goal setting can help increase performance, but participation itself does not directly improve performance.

Once you are able to decide the SMART. You become lucky for your luck this luck is nothing but the labor you plan to do must be supported with the knowledge of procedure and strains those you come across on the ways. This procedure is known as a drive. Our needs to create a drive and the total process is became the motive.
