Because of the low natural gas price, there is no result that customers would choose them for fuel in urban life. Under this situation, transmission tool like steel pipe of seamless and ERW steel pipe would be increased from supplier’s hands.

 

Low natural gas price is expected to drive demand growth both in domestic and industrial sector. So there is a flow for the growth in shale gas production. This is reducing the need for long-haul pipeline transportation from traditional supply areas while at the same time increasing the need for local pipeline infrastructure to support the new production. Thus, we would need the help of various steel pipes from seamless steel pipe to ERW steel pipe.
