According to Government National Consumer Helpline, 23859 consumer complaints raised in the eCommerce category, in which 30% complaints related to "refund not given" and "Already Paid Amount" while 22% complaints regarding "non-delivery of products" and "delay in delivery".
According to National Helpline Data, 5891 consumer complaints raised in the Telecom industry in which "Network is not coming" and "call drop" are the most common consumer complaints.
In Travel complaints, 81% of consumer complaints are related to "Refund issue" and "flight cancellation". During this period, 3856 consumer complaints come related to the Violence of Legal Metrology norm.
During these months, masks and sanitizer complaints declined day by day.
