Temperature Calibrators

Temprature calibrators use pre-drilled metal inserts for inserting the temperature sensor that is being calibrated. These Temp calibrators have a removable metal insert with pre-drilled holes where sensors are inserted for measurement. The dry-block insert provides a stable temperature source which can be adjusted to different test points. It relies on good thermal contact between the metal insert and the temperature sensor so the inserts typically have different hole sizes. Usually the display is calibrated so it can be used with or without a reference thermometer. These calibrators offer good stability, an insert that can typically calibrate one to three sensors at a time, and lightweight, compact enclosure for easy transport to the field.

Nagman’s Sub Zero Temprature Calibrator is a critical instrument used in critical applications, where high accuracy & uniformity is required. Mostly used in Bio technology lab related works for thawing, incubation & calibration. Nagman’s Sub Zero Temprature Calibrator comes in two models as Metcal 40 & MTC 40, with a fine accuracy of ±0.2°C, wide range from -10 to 120 deg Celsius, multiple measurement capability with stability indicator & switch test contact measurement.

Nagman’s low temperature calibrators are used in Laboratory & Industrial applications, where the requirement for measurement is just above ambient temperature scale. With a range of 10 to 350 deg Celsius, accuracy of ±0.3°C to ±0.4°C & Fine resolution, Nagman’s low temperature calibrators comes with two models in MTC 350 & 350-H/350-H2.

Nagman’s medium temperature calibrators are used in applications where temperature measurement is required above ambient scale. With a wide range from 20 to 650 deg Celsius, accuracy from ±0.1% F.S. / ±0.6% F.S & a fine stability range of ±0.04°C to ±0.6°C. Nagman’s medium range temperature dry block calibrators comes with four different models for variety of Industrial & laboratory applications. Metcal 650, 650-H/650 H-2, MTC 650 & ETC 600/600-2.

Nagman’s high temperature calibrators are used in requirements where the temperature scale in Industrial applications exceeds beyond ambient scale. Nagman’s MTC 1200 & 1200 HN, with a range from 300 to 1200 deg Celsius, accuracy of ±2°C to ±3°C & a fine stability of ±0.5°C. Measurement Capability for TC, RTD, mV / mA / V & Resistance Signals, Switch Test Contact Measurement, Interchangeable Thermo well Insert & RS-232 Interface & Calibration Software.
