My Journey Thus Far
I’m a young Jamaican woman and just like most other persons the plan for my financial life I was given was to go to school, get a good education and get a great job. I have followed through with part of that.
I went to high school and left with good grades (http://www.angelinejackson.info/who-is-angeline-jackson.html). I went on to college and started computer studies; I changed my focus in 2009 and began studying Law.
While growing up I noticed a lot of things; mainly that in order for one to maintain a family you’d need to either:
a) Work two or more jobs or
b) Bust your but off
Now I don’t have a family to maintain at the moment, but I decided I wasn’t going to wait till I had one to start finding a solution.
I ventured into the network marketing industry at a young age in 2007. Since then I’ve tried different companies looking for a home, looking for products that captured my attention, looking for a compensation plan that wasn’t difficult to understand nor hard to achieve.
In 2011 I came across an awesome company. The products they have jumped at me as they were technological products (though not out of the reach of non-techies). The support in the company and from the different top achievers in the company is incredible. Best of all, the compensation plan isn’t hard to explain, and it isn’t hard to achieve.
I noticed however that though I was pumped about this business, good business sense showed me I needed an alternative or solution to the persons who may also be interested in the business but couldn’t start. What’s the point of leaving money on the table just because your business is out of someone’s reach? It took a few months but recently I came across a program that would do exactly what I needed it to do.
Is that setting myself up for disaster? I don’t think so, it’s business. You create a menu and you’re able to cater to many, and eventually with good support those who couldn’t partner with you in the beginning will truly end up partnering with you and make some of the best business partners you’ll ever have.
I’ve noticed over the years that your success largely depends on yourself. When you believe in your company, your products and compensation plan, it gives you a drive that makes you unstoppable (http://www.myvideowebshow.com/video/37095).
No matter the company you’re with, here’s to your success *cheers*
