music is best healing

by Arman Kumar be better
People have been making music since realizing that playing two sticks can create a compelling rhythm. Music can promote feelings of joy, give free rein to our creativity and is often an important part of our most enjoyable social events. Always versatile, music can set the tone for romance or relaxation and can move us to make our bodies, either for exercise or self-expression.

In the mid-twentieth century, music therapy has emerged as a discipline and the development of modern technology has come to a new light as music can alter the structure and function of the brain, improve mood and restore us to a stroke.

Music and brain
One thing we've learned is that music is processed by different parts of the brain, including those that relate to the spoken language. The structure of our brain changes analogously to the way our muscles learn to exercise, play music sounds in which and makes us stronger and more experienced. A number of studies using healthy and clinical samples showed transient cognitive benefits associated with listening to beautiful music, including the processing speed of better information, reasoning, attention and memory, and creativity.

In some studies, the word material presented in a musical context was better learned and better memorized than the spoken word material. Music therapy has also helped people with strokes improve their approach, reduce their mood, language and social interactions and visual neglect.

MUSIC THERAPY AND VISUAL TREATMENT
Visual neglect is the inability to detect objects in a field of vision due to injuries in the visual cortex. In particular, an injured hemisphere products negligence in the opposite field (such a run as a result of the left visual cortex, which we can not detect objects in the right visual field and vice versa). In a study of stroke patients who experience visual neglect to listen to pleasurable music, they performed in a better mood and a statistically significant improvement in their ability to describe the color and shape of geometric objects presented by the computer. No effects were observed
