Morning rituals you can add to shift your day & life!!!

I’ve been asked a few times what are the things I do to start my day off on a good start. Many wonder how come I can be so bubbly and full of enthusiasm at the crack of dawn. Well in this blog I will outline what I do that I find beneficial in shifting my day into a positive awareness for the day and into the days to come.

To start off with, I will have to outline that what I do takes about 2 hours and that if you are able to keep to it for a minimum of 30 days then you will see REMARKABLE shift in your life in the areas of wealth, health, relationships etc

What I do for my morning rituals:

1. Gratitude – Every morning I wake up and thank life, Universe, God, whatever you may call it for all the wonderful things I currently have in my life and for the things to come.

2. Visualisation/Affirmations – For a few minutes I sit peacefully in a quiet area and just relax and visualise what I want to come into my life and feel that it is ‘already’ in my life. I also add affirmations of ‘I am successful at whatever I do’ or ‘ Everything I want and need is always coming into my life’ Affirmations are use to re-wire your neural pathways and allow you to stay focused on what you really want in life.

3. Exercise – Exercise for me can be a lovely walk out in nature, on the beach bare foot soaking up the suns rays. The point of exercise is to get the blood flowing through your body, to relive stress and to promote a healthier lifestyle. What I also do is for 2 minutes a day bounce (I know it sounds funny) but bounce on my small portable trampoline. Doing this activates the neural peptides that create the emotion of happiness. Its really fun, you should try :)

4. Eating a healthy breakfast – Start the day off with a breakfast filled with fresh fruit and cut out all foods that are processed. I find that starting the day off like this gives me so much energy and drive to go out and enjoy the day.

5. Inspirational reading/viewing  – This is a MUST, as when we start off our day watching or reading inspirational material it allows our brains to start firing faster and directing our focus towards what we really want in life. It is always inspiring reading or watching youtube videos of ones who have accomplished great feats despite mounting opposition or hardships. Kinowing that others go through these challenges can build our faith in knowing that if they can do it, then I can do it as well.
