Moral of an employee

What do you think about your workplace? I mean If you are an employee in a company then what do you feel about your workplace? Many people maintain only money relation with an office.  The only motto of these kinds of people is “Do work and get money”. Many people will say that this is a professional approach even I also agree this partially. There are some moral duties of a person and that motivates him to do some works for which he is not responsible.  There are three kinds of employees a regular and common office has.

First one is those who follow their moral and do those things for which they are not responsible but they are good for their office. Some people do not do these kinds of things and they just follow the rule of “do work and get money”. The third kind of person is those who do those kinds of things which are not good for office and they also do not maintain a healthy environment of office. All these above kind of attitudes can tell you the personality of that guy. First two kinds of employees are not a problem for an office but the third kind of people is harmful.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT HER?

This third kind of employee’s categories has their different reasons to do these kinds of things. Some people do this because their senior member may have scolded him for his bad work.  Some do this because they do not get chances of promotion. So these all things are a way of showing frustration.

There are a lot of things which should not be done in a office-

Spoiling the office environment- I agree that a hard core office environment will not be favorable for doing work. A little amount of fun in environment is necessary to make the employees feel free and relax. Some people disturb other by their jokes and activities so they can catch the attention of   all other employees. In the absence of their senior they increase these activities.  Some of them put their legs on the desks when their seniors are absent. All these kind of activities are not good for an office environment.

Misuse of official resources- This is a thing by which every office owner is so much frustrated. There are a lot of official resources which are being misused in many offices. Some are

•    Unnecessary usage of internet- Some people use internet for their personal usage also. If that is urgent then no one will interrupt them but only for fun and time pass, that should not be done.

•    Wasting papers unnecessarily- Some employees waste papers unnecessarily. Even they do not bother to correct a mistake if this is written by a pencil, they just take another paper.

•    Leavening the lights on- This is a common thing which one can see in every office. After using the lights, AC’s, fans and other appliances they leave them ON without thinking that electricity should be saved.
 
Leaking confidential information- This is a thing which can be proved so harmful for a business.  Some people leak the personal information and documents for their personal benefits.  Some documents which are not in use but contain secret information and policies of an organization can be easily leaked. Even it will be very hard to find out the culprit. This is better to shred those kinds of papers and documents. Shredder is a very good thing which helps a lot in keeping these issues away. One can buy a suitable and cheap shredder online. There are many brands which provide wide verities of shredders. Office document shredding is good for confidential information security and this is Eco friendly too.

All these above thing are very necessary to stop for maintaining a good environment of an office.
