MOHALI- An upcoming residential hub

Mohali which was earlier known as Ajitgarh is adjoining to Chandigarh in Punjab, India. Mohali which is well known for its commercialization is now becoming an up-coming residential hub. The reasons for Mohali becoming a hotspot for investment in residential properties are as follows:-

According to 99acres.com the price trends of apartments in Mohali, Chandigarh have been appreciated by 14 percent in just one quarter in 2014. The prices have gone up from Rs. 3300 per square foot in quarter 1, 2014 to Rs. 3750 per square foot in quarter 2, 2014.
