Mobile NATIVE Android and IOS VoIP/Video/XMPP app

REQUIREMENTS:
Protocol SIPv2. You can use free libraries included in Adroid
Signaling: Must support TLS/SSL handshake
RTP: Must support SRTP
Networking: Must support OpenVPN client with SSL key pairs.
Codecs: g729(a/b/c), g723, g711a, g711u, GSM, others.
Must get access to the phone contacts ( to dial out )
Must have option to select ALWAYS/ASK when you dial out to choose what system are you going to use ( your phone provider or the APP )
Must record call ( incoming and outgoing ) history, with call dates , numbers and durations.
Must support text messages to other registered SIP users in the same gateway. You can use XMPP as we can provide also Jabberd server.
If you use XMPP other protocols are wellcome ( i.e. virtual card, file sharing, etc)
Must support h263/h264 ( video ) over SIPv2
Must provide keepalive ( mostly to allow incoming calls )
Networking: must provide TCP and UDP , G4/G5 and WIFI
Must include minimal firewall functions ( all the traffic will come and goes to well know centralized network )
Must include autoprovisioning service from our SFTP/SSHFS servers for software updates.
Must provide autoconfiguration functions from our SFTP/SSHFS servers who will provide the gateway address or name , KPI credentials, etc.
All code must be NATIVE for each platform ( mainly Android and IOS) and you must supply us the source code.
Languages: English, Spanish ( from Spain ). French and German will be a plus. Other languages are welcome.
Easy end user interface, valid for elder people or discapacited people, avoid large technical menus.
User must see on screen actual available funds he/her has to do calls.
( this is provided from our servers, we can use any protocol )
Must have "button" to speak free with our operators ( internal call to predefined number), for support and help.
Must be capable to connected to mobile audio recorder if the user want to record the call.
Must offer high speaker and hand free functions.
Must check connection quality and allow/disallow video calls if connection speed/latency are not enough.
Must allow auto adjustable 3 video sizes/quality.
Layout must be portable to HMTL5 ( for web APP that will come later )
Low resources consumption ( don't do it like Skype wrapper over JAVA!! )

OTHER REQUIREMENTS;
You must offer at least 2 years maintenance tasks. You can quote us for maintenance requirements.

LOCATION:
You can work from any country.
You must provide reliable/fast communication with us, like email, whatsapp, xmpp, skype or whatelse you use.

DATES:
First Beta must be launched in September 2018

OTHER INTERESTED FEATURES:
We accept PCI-DSS for clients payment, but as will come a bit complex to implement in this mobile APP, we also support Paypal, then when client need to add funds, can be done through HTTP to Paypal ( using default phone web browser and connecting POST to Paypal with our commerce ID and returning token from Paypal to our servers )
