*MLM insight*

As I travel down the path of MLM, network marketing, building a rock star team explain to others is what you put in you get back. I tend to target attract the person that wants change, not the want to be's. I also find the want to be's have no consequences. What I mean with this is let face it someone comes into the company, opportunity for what ever amount and they tend to just do nothing. They try maybe for a few weeks and then quit, saying this company's products no-one wants, I have no support from my people, and so on. Now lets put some bacon on the line, lets generate some pain if they don't really try, grind it out if you will, I bet a persons success rate would go up if someone would really dig deep and set goals and say put it down, like no TV till I hit rank (goal). better yet put something more on the line to motivate you say a cash amount not just $10 dollars, put say the amount of your electric bill on the line, so if you don't hit your goal guess what the light bill don't get payed, get with me and lets chat.
