Microsoft to bring in Training Services Pilot for Office 365 lessons?

by Maria William Software Developer

Spending huge bucks on arranging training services for Office 365? Here is the good news for you all! Microsoft, the popular tech giant is launching Microsoft Training Services as a part of its marketing strategy. You will be able to avail these services after its launch in the month of July.

The all-new Training Services Pilot will cut down the cost of the training to a big extent. It seems like a pre-pilot phase rollout as few customers can access the latest online training tool for their employees while trying to making them aware of Windows 10, Office 365 or an amalgamation of these two.

By allowing the users access the pre-pilot phase, the company main aim is to get users’ feedback, by both the staff and the management. With the feedback, Microsoft will focus on:

  1.        Customizing the training content to fulfill the requirements of the environment
  2.        Focusing on regularly updating the training content
  3.        Analyzing the outcome of the training efforts
  4.        Figuring out the business-specific reason that the latest tools are profitable
  5.        Keeping the professionals up-to-date with the upcoming features

With these Training Services, Microsoft is trying to build flexible toolkits, particularly for managers to utilize and embed the latest Office 365 as well as Windows 10 services without building up a lot of financial burdens for training. The training will help in the following:

  •         Flexibility and customization option in the content
  •         Best experiences tailored to the need of customers
  •        Up-to-date content
  • ·        Best tools for analyzing and measurement

Microsoft Training Services Pilot comes as a purchase-free addition to the “Azure hosted content store to Web part hosted on the customer’s SharePoint communication site.” The same will also be made available through download on the Teamwork SharePoint Online website. Users will get to avail this pilot sometime in the late July of this year.
