Microsoft announced new features in OneDrive and SharePoint

Microsoft has declared about their plan to come out with a series of AI services for the Microsoft Office 365 users who are using OneDrive and SharePoint. Thereafter, the users will be able to enjoy the automated transcriptions from all the audio and video files in OneDrive and SharePoint.

Every video and audio file doesn’t need to be transcribed and the functionality made the content inside of theses medium visible and easy to locate them. Microsoft did the survey about the same speech-to-text transcription services, earlier this year and later in July; they have introduced it for the live events and meetings that take place with the Microsoft Teams, Yammer, and Stream.

In OneDrive and SharePoint, the transcripts will be displayed automatically beside the files after the review. In case the video gets shared with the colleagues or friends through Stream, the facial recognition will be then used to differentiate between the participants in the video or video meeting.

The new feature brought for you the ability to share the content with the people who are in the meeting and sharing the content can help them utilizes those in the meeting. Soon the computer vision for Office setup OneDrive or SharePoint file searches will be introduced.

The search file result will contain the text or object identified for the images as well as the capability to look for the images that are based on the photo that has been taken. Based on the audio or the video file recorded in the conversation, you will be able to locate and search for the files through the transcript services.

Later this year, based on the profile in the Microsoft Graph the new files in OneDrive and the Office.com will be viewed recommending on the documents and other forms of the content. The suggested files depend on the intelligence of the Microsoft Graph content, how it works and the activity of the content gets shared among the Office 365.
