It is an easy way to detect an early stage of breast cancer. Now, women are more conscious of their breasts. Also, there are many hospitals, which are providing the best Breast Cancer Treatment. Before its too late, learn this process quite easily by following the ways.

BSE method is highly appreciated amongst many women. Breast cancer can be prevented with a timely measure,  by following these simple methods-

Make a monthly routine:

Make time for your breasts at least one in a month, at the end of your menstrual cycle. There are various ways of breast self-examination, but we are going to discuss some of the recommended and common ways of self-examination.

1. Mirror test:

A. Stand steadily in front of a mirror, look carefully at the breasts. Check the shape of your breasts, if you notice any huge change in shape, you should consult with a doctor. But remember one breast is normally larger than one, so keep a track on these changes.

B. If you ’re pregnant or gave birth recently, go for nipple test as well. Stand in front of a mirror, gently squeeze the nipples and watch any unwanted discharge happen or check if you are feeling any itching, intense pain and swelling.

C. Now flex your breast muscle by putting your both hands on your waist. Look at your breast skin closely. Notice if there’s any rashes, red marks, hollow marks.

2. Lying down test:

A. Lie down on a flat surface (Bed is preferable), place your right hand on your forehead and put your left hand your right breast. Examine your right breast by using the palm and first three fingers. Circulate your finger around the breast gently up to the bra line. Try to feel every breast tissue you have. Take this exam at least three times by changing the amount of pressure. Try to get the complete coverage of your breast. Continue the same with your left breast.

B. Put a pillow beneath your back, and take the same process by changing the motion. Now take your first three fingers and gently move your fingers up and down from your collarbone to your bra-line. Continue this at least three times, only changing the pressure.

This process is recommended for all above 18 women. Try to do this every month from today onwards. If your child is above 18, encourage her to take this method every month.

Allow yourself to increase awareness and choose the right breast cancer treatment for you.
