Mega Star open heart with Scribes

Mega Star Chiranjeevi enjoys huge fan following and to delight all of them,Chiru is once again making his return to silver screen with his milestone 150th film ‘Kattilantodu’, re-make of ‘Katti’ under the direction of VV.Vinayak.

A head of it, Chiru sometime back attracted all with his special role in his son Ram Charan’s ‘Bruce Lee’. He thrilled all showing his dancing power in CineMAA awards. Speaking to scribes he shared many of his secrets.

On comeback film ‘Kattilantodu’

I am doing a full length role and film after 9 years. I am happy to return back to the arc lights and to the sets.

On his dance in MAA awards

When MAA organisers came to me, I did not give green signal first as I was busy with story discussions and costumes. I thought why to take the extra pressure. I deliberated a lot as to whether it was necessary to appear on stage as I am already making a comeback with milestone film. However since I am close to MAA management professionally and personally, I couldn’t say no to them. I felt that it will be a test for my comeback and agreed. After giving consent I worked with full dedication.

On 6 get-ups and 5 roles for MAA event

I did 6 costume changes, 6 makes ups,6 getups and five hit roles. For some one should have beard and another no beard and I felt really happy. Sweet memories of ‘Swayam Krushi’,’Gharana Mogudu’,’Mutha Mestri’,’Indra’ and ‘Shankara Dada MBBS returned’ with my act.

On doing such skit

At first I thought of risk but later did it. Young heroes dancing for my songs, Tanikella, Devi Sri Prasad, Rashi Khanna, Mumaith Khan, Pragya Jaiswal, Tamnna participating in special act made me happy.
