Masskara Festival in Bacolod

Masskara Festival is one of famous festival held in Bacolod City, Philippines. Bacolod is known as City of Smiles and the festival held every october. Masskara Dance Parade was one of highlights where many Bacolodnon dancers dance gracefully. Most Tourists were attracted through their costumes and dance movements. The Masskara Making is also famous when it comes to creative and designs and was held in Masskara Village.
