Information Search: Searching the information regarding products and services will help the customer in making the decision regarding the purchase of that particular product and service. Gathering information is one of the aspects with the help of which an individual can gather each and every information regarding the product and could develop an understanding whether he really need the product or not. Searching information regarding the product help in making appropriate decision regarding whether to purchase the product or not. This is the process on which satisfaction level of an individual is dependent.
