Without using the artificial colours and chemical this post tell your how to make homely made boli.


First you need to take two cup of all purpose flour, 1 cup of wheat flour, mix both flour, add pinch of baking soda and add sufficient water. Keep the dough for some time. On that time make mix of grained coconut with sugar, jaggery, and powdered cashew nut.


Make flour dough and coconut mix into small ball, smearing oil/ghee on top of the ball. Then flatten it with a chappathi maker. Add oil/ghee in frying pan and fry it when it became brown. sree nandhaas


Ingredients


  • all purpose flour- 2 cup

  • wheat flour – 1 cup

  • cashew nut- 5 to 6 nos

  • coconut- 1 half

  • sugar- 5 tsp

  • jaggery – 1 small piece

  • oil/ghee -
