Or can it be done with Quicktime Pro? Because I wouldn’t mind paying for that, as I would use it more than once or twice…

I have a load of old videos I made in Flash, you see, and I want to convert them into formats I can use on Youtube, my iTunes podcast, etc. and I can’t export from Flash CS3 as the quicktime export doesn’t come out properly. (I’ve tried numerous times)
