I was walking along the street sometimes and there was an uproar over a purchase between the customer and the buyer.

I wondered what could be the reason behind the whole scene created by the aggrieved buyer. So I moved closely since marketing is just a virtue for me and love to handle situation and learn from occurring events in the market place.

I learned that the customer paid for a training programme that was scheduled to hold in one of the top University in the UK which was postponed and it was clearly stated in the agreement that should there be any postponement refund would be made immediately.

On the contrary the programme was postponed and organizers refused to refund  as stipulated. This eventually led to the tsunamic attack and verbal exchange on the street.

It is important for us when we have a name to protect i.e intergrity is a virtue we must keep.

We need to be true to our words and make a difference in our line of business, at home and with our day-to-day dealing with people.

You musk keep and stay true to your promise today and always.

Keep your promises and stay away from what you can't deliver.

See you again soon.
