The thing with slippery floors is that it can cause severe harm to the person who has slipped and to those around him/her. The choice of your broom is completely dependent on the kind of texture you wish to create. It is always advisable to purchase one with plastic blocks which won’t warp nor rot. Ultimately the bristle shall determine the texture based on its stiffness and size and the broom may come in a range of material such horsehair, polypropylene, nylon etc. For edgy, state of the art textures, wire combs are suggested.

Certain companies tend to market concrete brooms created to suit the designer irrespective of his/her project. These brooms come with inserts which makes it one tool with some great options of change. The brooms without a handle are managed with the help of ropes to enable a wider coverage. Choose a broom on the basis of your requirement. The products available in the market are extensively useful and constantly innovated upon.

Tip:  If the handle weight of the broom is supported by a float, it gives an even finish.

2.    You could apply a material with a gritty texture upon the surface.
To apply a material with a gritty texture upon the surface, all you need to do is ensure that you mix it into the sealer prior to application of the same. You could also create a textured overlay or as a quick hassle free method apply gritty tape or place rubber mats upon the surface.

Tip: Use plastic grit to achieve a long lasting effect. It is transparent and light and distributes well in the sealer.
