Led Lights –An Innovative Concept

Light-emitting diode or LED is a product which is inserted into a light bulb for use in lighting fixtures. The first LED lights were discovered by the Japanese scientists near about in early 60s in the form of high-efficiency blue light. Further research on blue light leads to the development of bright white LED light with a phosphor coating inside. Now-a-days LED lights produced by various companies such as Compact lighting are used in different purposes like spot lighting, indoor lighting, outdoor lighting, street lighting, floodlights, garden lighting, etc.

LED downlight is mainly used in household to decor mainly the living room. These are available in different shapes, sizes, colour and wattage and are manufactured on LED driver basis.

Led ceiling lights is an innovation in the field of luminaries in the recent years. Generally two types of LED ceiling lights are available.

But recently, few companies are manufacturing LED lights accompanied with the ceiling fans.

These Led lights have long life span, less hazardous therefore easy to handle, consume less electricity, give better output if the angle beam of lighting is properly maintained, do not warm-up easily, do not flick when dimmed and also they emit very less UV radiation, so are safe and eco-friendly. But these lights have a mild limitation- it cannot brighten up huge area at a time. In spite of this limitation, you can easily buy LED lighting that will be a good choice to decor your house and saving money.
