Learn How To Take Control Of Your Job Salaries

by Charnelle Boyer Small Business Owner
Today I read an article on Forbes.com about why job employers ask job seekers about their salary history during a job interview. Simply they want to make sure they don't pay them over the price that their last job paid them, they do that to save money. Honestly, I think there's a better way for job employers to save money other than not paying workers what they're worth. Instead of using paper business cards they can use mobile or text marketing instead. They can use VoIP instead of using landlines to make business calls, all sorts of things they can do instead of short changing their workers.

As for you job seekers, I know how hard it is for a lot of you to even find work because as soon as you actually get one you're going to feel so fortunate. And as soon as you feel that way, those job employers, your bosses will play upon those feelings and will do whatever they can to take advantage of you. Make you come in during harsh weather, maybe during some holidays or something like that. So with that being said, all of you reading this need to learn how to take control of your own job salaries. This can be done by earning a secondary income during your spare time, maybe 1-2 hours a day. Do this so no one can control how much you make, you do. You can do it because in the words of Les Brown, YOU HAVE GREATNESS WITHIN YOU!
