Kshitij Thakur: A Voice for Change
Gone are the days when people, young people in particular, used to dream of becoming forth coming leaders or join politics for the sake of the nation. The phenomenon was such that even parents would encourage their children to join politics or participate in Indian freedom struggle. But in the last few decades, the trend has undergone a certain kind of change. Where youth is shying away from politics where as parents want them to become doctors and engineers. The welfare of family has been prioritized over the motherland. Nowadays, what we often hear are the complains about corruption, unemployment, poverty etc. But we hardly find a young man who seems confident to eradicate theses prevailing evils. Among such very few jewels, who wants to make a change, Kshitij Thakur is a name which is drawing the attention of common people.
Kshitij Thakur, MLA from Nala Sopra, learned the ABC of
politics from his worthy father Hitendra Thakur and marked an impressive start
of his political career in 2009. He defeated some of the giants of politics
such as Shiv
Sena candidate Shirish Chavan and MNS aspirant Vivek Keluskar with a good
margin. A dedicated student, Kshitij Thakur completed his graduation in
Business Management from Baldwin Wallace University in USA and Master's in the
same from renowned Mumbai University. He is so passionate about his studies and
currently pursuing his PHD in Education from Mumbai University. Despite his
high qualification, Kshitij is determined to sacrifice his life for the sake and
welfare of the downtrodden and for the people who have been thrown on to the
margins.

is so popular among the youth and can be seen participating in political
debates and other events. He participated in a mass wedding and tied the knot
with his beloved wife with other 1017 couples. He also mark his presence at
VIVA College for NSS Camp and encouraged young people for their bright future.
He is a very confident person who wants his nation above all countries. He
wants to abolish and eradicate all social evils reside in Indian society. And
therefore, he decides to join politics to fulfill his dream and commitment for
his motherland. He is really a true source of inspiration for millions of
Indian youth.
