As said that due to industrialization and urbanization the development now is not just restricted to metropolitan cities. It is now gaining pace in Tier II and III cities as well. According to recent surveys the real estate sector of India is projected to post annual revenues of $180 billion by 2020 and the foreign direct investment (FDI) in the sector is expected to touch $25 billion in the next decade.

Apart from residential, commercial and retail, the development and expansion of educational and healthcare institutions has further widened the scope of investment opportunities in the sector. Also, now the options of investments are now not limited to only the affluent investors but now even the mid-income-segment populace is an active participant as the right opportunities are many. They just need to determine the best investment options for themselves.

Talking about investments in NCR the opportunities are huge. It is witnessing a fast growth as people who are working in Delhi are seeking residential options in Noida. The number of properties being developed here are many and the housing demands here can be met easily as compared to Delhi. As these are still developing investment in these regions will give high returns as the property prices will appreciate. 

Investors at some sectors may have to put a longer wait as those areas might take a little more time to develop and the prices to appreciate, but appreciation will be must.
