Kitchen Remodel Glenview

The right design and craftsmanship can transform any space to look like a million dollar investment. Regency expertly renovated this outdated kitchen into a beautiful and functional area. The only thing missing in this high-end kitchen is a personal chef!


Regency completely gutted the existing Kitchen Remodel Glenview and updated all the mechanical features of the space. We selected white solid maple shaker style cabinets from J&K Cabinetry and added crown molding throughout. To accent the cabinets we selected a white and grey granite counter top which we extended to use as the backsplash. Granite is known for its hardness and acid resistant properties making it an ideal countertop surface. We added under cabinet lighting and installed chrome hardware and fixtures. We installed state of the art Bosch stainless steel appliances and a Zephyr industrial vent hood. We refinished the existing hardwood floors and used a custom espresso stain and sealed them using Bona water base finish. Finally we added a kitchen opening looking out into the spacious family room and added a counter overhang for seating.

Our clients selected recessed cabinets by Kraftmaid in Dove white. The Kraftmaid cabinet line hand assembles their products using only the best materials to assure the quality and longevity of your cabinets. Kraftmaid cabinets come standard with Whisper Touch Systems to ensure your cabinets close softly and quietly every time! To accent these beautiful cabinets we selected a green color scheme for the backsplash tile. We selected a soft green subway tile throughout with a boarder of mosaic green blend tiles to compliment the clean aesthetic of the cabinets. Next we installed a white quartz countertop.

Quartz is a nonporous natural stone making it easy to care for and perfect for kitchens. Lastly, we installed wood plank porcelain tiles in Exotica Cherry. By selecting wood plank porcelain tiles our clients get the regal look of wood but enjoy the convenience of tile, making it perfect for any busy family space. To complete the space we installed new stainless steel appliances and chrome hardware throughout. Another amazing kitchen transformation complete!
