KING PRAWN BUTTERFLY Best Healthy Recipe
This is a tasty beginner from my guide known as 'The Curry Crunch' where slightly spiced king prawns are covered with bread food crumbs and deep fried. The king prawns used in this formula think about roughly 50g each.
Ingredients

o THIS RECIPE SERVES 4 PERSONS.
o 8 king prawns, headless
o ¼ tsp light curry powder
o 60g bread crumbs
o ¼ tsp lawn great sauce
o ½ tsp garlic cloves & cinnamon insert Touch of salt
o 1 egg, gently beaten
o Oil, for frying
Preparation
1. Remove and take away the blood vessels from the Master prawns, create an in-depth cut along the tummy of the king prawns, start it up out and media it down so it becomes smooth. Take additional care not to piece all the way through when reducing the prawns. Clean and pat dry with kitchen shower. 2. Place the Master prawns in a dish, add the garlic cloves & cinnamon insert, key mix powdered, lawn great marinade and pinch of sodium. Mix together well. 3. Dip the king prawns in the defeated egg, then cover with the bread food crumbs and strong fry until fantastic brownish. Provide hot with healthy salad and great marinade.
