Juice of two limes

1 little collection perfectly sliced coriander

Salt and spice up to taste

Methon

Heat 1 tbsp of the ghee or additional virgin olive oil in a huge pan or wok.

When hot, add the prawn and brownish them on the outside until they are about 80% prepared through. Eliminate the prawns from the pan and set aside.

Now add the rest of the ghee or oil to the pan and include your sliced red onion. Fry for about Five moments mixing consistently until the red onion are transparent and splitting apart a bit.
