Keep these things in mind about Eliquis

Eliquis is the medication to prevent blood clots and strokes for the people suffering from atrial fibrillation. It is also recommended to treat Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).

You must first consult the doctor before stopping the medications. Consuming Eliquis while pregnancy may lead to the risk of bleeding while delivery. 

Side effects of Eliquis:

1. Unusual bleeding.

2. Heavy menstrual periods.

3. Cough and vomiting.

4. Bloody stools.

5. Feeling dizzy or nauseous.

6. Having trouble during breathing.

7. Severe headache.

8. Chest pain.

Eliquis comes as a tablet that can be consumed twice a day. Consult the doctor if dosage anytime becomes severe.
