Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has published notification for various posts of 76 Constable (Animal Transport) Vacancies Group ‘c’. Eligible and Interested candidates may apply before 15-12-2014 by envelope. Remote area’s candidates may apply before 22-12-2014. ITBP is an organization, which is the popular organization in India. It conducts the ITBP exam for the job seekers of every year. ITBP takes tough physical test from the selected candidates.

ITBP academy was established in the year 1978. It directly recruited officers, which is the level of assistant commandants. Assistant commandants are the senior officers or leader of any group. The academy has large number of trainees from other states.

1. UR: 28 Posts

2. SC: 08 Posts
3. ST: 04 Posts
4. OBC: 36 Posts

Age Limit:

Candidate age should be between 18 years to 23 years as on 15-12-2014. Age relaxation is allowed as per Government norms.

Educational Qualification:

Candidate should pass 10^th class (Matriculation) or equivalent from a recognized board.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of height bar, Race, Physical Standard Test, Biometric Identification, Written Test, and Medical Examination. Race and Physical standard test both are the tough processes for these posts.

Application Fee:

Candidates have to pay Rs 50/- through CRFS (Central Recruitment Fees Stamp), which is at the counter of all post offices. Recruitment Fee Stamps should be pasted on the application form otherwise it can be cancelled. No fee for women candidates of SC/ ST/ EXS.

How to Apply:

Eligible candidates can apply application form by the help of given format with passport size photographs and copies of all original documents.
Candidates have to clear that the photo should not be old. It should be 1-2 months before the last date of application.
Attested all documents are very necessary. Without attested, your application would be rejected.
Send self-addressed envelopes of “4X9” size with Rs. 5/- postage stamps affixed with the application form.
Candidates have to write “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CONSTABLE (ANIMAL TRANSPORT) IN ITBP” on the envelope and send it to the Inspector General (North East) Frontier, ITBP, Old AP Secretariat Building, Cantt Area, GS Road, Shillong (Meghalaya) -793001.
