Is Rudn Enclave an approved society?

Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi developers seek the NOC permission, which is likely to be approved very soon. Though society does not have the NOC approval yet, that does not make it an illegal project. 


When a society is launched, it is its legal obligation to submit the official application for their NOC to the legislative authorities and complete all the due process from their side. Another prominent developer is Nespak; a semi-government institution operating from 1973. NESPAK has worked on a variety of mega infrastructure development projects of the country including the Kalma Chowk Flyover in Lahore, the Lahore Ring Road Project, the Lahore Metro Bus System, the Narowal Railway Station, the Neelum Jhelum Power Project, the New Islamabad Airport, and the Orange Line Metro Train in Lahore. RMRSCO Private Limited has hired NESPAK's Disaster Management & Reconstruction (DM&R) Division to provide consulting services for the development of the Rudn Enclave Housing Scheme. Such prominent and reputed names of the industry would never have gotten involved in an illegal project indicating that RER is a legal project.


Once the Rudn Enclave NOC will be approved, it is anticipated by market experts that the prices of the project will sky rocket. Moreover, the Rudn Enclave location and map are also developing rapidly and at a very steady speed. The Ring Road Rawalpindi is days away from inauguration, CPEC eastern route's development is underway, and commercial and residential areas are developing in the neighborhood of the project. All these factors are also adding up in the worth of plots for sale in RER. So if anyone wants to invest in the project, now is the right time. Once the NOC is approved, the developers plan to officially revise the payment plan and significantly increase the prices.
