There are five main zones for Residential Investment namely East, West, North, South and Central Pune. The residential properties in these locations have different specialities. But, before buying property in this zone, check the property trends in these different parts of the city.
North Pune
This zone includes many locations such as Ravet, Talegaon, Pradhikaran, Chinchwad and Chakan. This is in high demand for residential property. Pimpri Chinchwad is known as an industrial hub because of growth of residential development. Viman Nagar is another good location for luxurious residential projects.
South Pune
This zone includes many locations such as Salisbury Park, Kondhwa, Ambegaon, Katraj, Mohammadwadi, NIBM, Parvati, Warje and Sinhagad Road. West Pune
Hinjewadi, Aundh, Bavdhan, Balewadi, Wakad, Baner, Pashan, Pimple- Saudagar and Kothrud are the main real estate markets for properties in West Pune. Kothrud has become one of the most favoured residential areas in Pune attracting many builders to develop their residential projects. Hinjewadi and Aundh are another developed location in Pune with good residential and better infrastructure options for the IT professionals. Baner at proximity to Mumbai-Pune Expressway is the next favoured destination for IT professionals to settle.
