Is buying an apartment in Dubai the best option or does a villa sounds better?

by Julie Robert marketing analyst

People do wonder a lot when they are buying an accommodation or investing in some development project and of course they should think about because it is usually their life long savings which they are spending. Things get a bit more serious when the investment is being done is some foreign property market, especially when it is located in the red zone of the world i.e. the Middle East. What factors actually increase the intensity of the situation of investment particularly in the emirate of Dubai is more thoroughly covered in this article but what if you want to choose over an apartment for a villa or perhaps vice versa? Things do get difficult and if you were to be illuminated about the precise solutions of the varied problems you can even save your time along with much of your money.

Interestingly enough, according to Bayut people are not that thoughtful when the prospect of investing in Dubai comes along. Dubai is simply the place many would love to live if they were to be rich enough. The high rises along with the architectural wonders is making Dubai a City of Wonder in the modern era. The real estate of Dubai is proving to be as formidable as ever and even after the disastrous bust of 2008, the property market as fought the misfortunes like a wounded tiger and in just a few years the real estate market was standing resolute as the Burj Khalifa of Dubai.

The villas are the most luxurious and the apartments for sale in Dubai are always on hot sale. The point which, in my opinion is magnetising people towards the said emirate is the tonnes of job opportunities which are popping up every day in Dubai. Not only the salary is attractive but the package comes complete with a housing allowance which makes everything easy for you but the real question comes when you ponder on the fact that which property would suit best for you.

Of course there is an option for everyone in Dubai but what you really need to be specific about is that which particular category would, most adequately, suit you. Things change as per your requirements and sometimes there are things which we don’t even consider and they mess up everything after we have spent loads on it. Then there are other things which you would never know unless you were to live in Dubai for some time.  Everything depends on your needs and your salary but still there are other things which fuel the negativities.

The maintenance is among those problems which takes a lion’s share of your budget. Not only you have to pay DEWA but you also have to pay the Developers for maintenance of your Villa. The apartments though save you from the extra payments but even then the issue of parking space pops up and that leads to further issues. Though the metro helps you in getting about the place and parking issue is adequately solved then what about the kids you have at home? Can apartment fulfil their playing space? Such are the questions you need to answer before choosing an apartment over a villa or vice versa and the answer itself will lead you to the best investment of your life.
