It was also found that about 38 percent of teenage smartphone owners paid to download apps while only 25 percent of the adult smartphone users had paid for an app.

32 percent of teenage smartphone users may pay from their pocket money for at least one game while it also was found that music was next interest among teenagers. 22 percent of teenage smartphone users said they may pay for music related app. In the case of adults it was a bit different. 15 percent said yes to games while 8 percent said they may pay for a music app while maps/ navigation app was a close third with 7 percent. It is said India was the second largest country using mobile phones to access the internet.
