Investment Opportunity in Asra & Sapna Enclave Ghaziabad by UPAVP

An opportunity to buy a flat has been started by Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad in Asra and Sapna Enclave at sector-4 and 5 Ghaziabad. It is a new housing scheme of UPAVP named as Asra & Sapna Enclave Housing Scheme 2015 in Mandola Vihar Ghaziabad.

Under the scheme, the authority has offering 1235 flats for all categories of the society. Apart from this scheme, two other housing schemes of UPAVP are also running in Ghaziabad. The Housing units are available in four type of apartment named as Asra Type-I (A-I), Asra Type-II (A-II), Sapna Type-I (A-I), Sapna Type-II (A-II).

Out of total, 914 units are available in Asra Type-I (A-I), Asra Type-II (A-II) while Sapna Type-I (A-I), Sapna Type-II (A-II) consist only 321 units.

Registration for the scheme will starts from 18 September 2015 and last date of registration is 30 October 2015. The authority has offering both online and offline mode of registration which can be done by referring the bank branches mentioned in the advertisement.
