Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research
Department of Science & Technology commonly
known as DST conducts an innovative programmethat is the INSPIRE Scholarship to
offer 10000 scholarships every year for undertaking Bachelor and Masters level
education in the Natural and Basic sciences. This is a national level
scholarship for the students of India. Candidates from the age group 17-22
years can apply for this scholarship.
Students from any level who have passed
class 12 can apply for this scholarship. Even the students who have cleared the
National level Joint entrance examination such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced, AIPMT
etc. and also have opted to pursue basic Sciences in any of the leading
university or colleges in India can apply. Students admitted to Indian
Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), National Institute of
Education and Research (NISER) AND Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Basic
Sciences (DAEC-CBS). The candidates who have availed NTSE, KVPY, JBNSTS
scholarship and other Science Olympiad are also eligible to apply for this
scholarship.

Scheme for Early
Attraction of Talent (SEATS):SEATS goal is to draw
interest among meritorious students to seek after science by giving honor of Rs
5000 to 1 million youthful learners of 10-15 years old, who range from Class 6
to Class 10 furthermore masterminds summer camps for around 50,000 Science
understudies of class 11 with worldwide pioneers in Science to encounter the

Scholarship for Higher
Education (SHE):SHE aims to improve rates of
