Consumer Protection Act 1986 was established with the main purpose. This act protects and promotes the interest through speedy and inexpensive redressal of their complaints and grievances.   • Study the risk annotated with the product and services and follow manufacturers to use the product safely.
  • Read the labels carefully.
  • Be honest and fair in dealings.
  • Always ask for cash memo
  • File a complaint with appropriate consumer forum in and of shortcoming in quality.
