Becoming a part of the prestigious Armed Forces can be possible only by passing the NDA or the National Defence Academy examinations. These exams are conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) twice every year. Aspiring candidates need to pass the National Defence Academy or the Service Selection Board examinations to join the Armed forces. Eligibility:

When talking about the eligibility to join the Defence Academy, the age of the candidates should be between 16 and 19 years. Generally, the NDA examination is conducted for 900 marks. There will be 300 marks for mathematics paper and 600 marks for general ability paper. Both will be objective type format. On successful completion of these two papers, interview will be conducted for 900 marks.
