IFMR GSB extends application Date till Feb 22, 2019.
IFMR Graduate School of Business,
KREA University, has opened applications for its 3rd
batch MBA program. Last date to apply for General Decision Round is now Feb 22,
2019. Applications are available online.
“The
deadline for this round now is 22nd February 2019. We have received
many requests to extend the deadline from students’ community and we have
decided to respect their appeal though the dates for selections are close”,
said Prof. Sathya Saminadan,
Chairperson Admissions.
IFMR GSB ranked
amongst India’s Top-25 B-schools for Finance Management, offers MBA program in
Finance, Marketing, IT & Operations, HR, and Financial Engineering, with
additional specializations in Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI)
& Data Sciences (Business Analytics). IFMR GSB released shortlisted names
for EDR (Early Decision Round) candidates and second round is under process.

Established in 1970 as a not-for-profit
society, the Institute for Financial Management & Research or IFMR is now
known as IFMR GSB under KREA University. Few days back, this announcement was
made by Dr. V Anantha Nageswaran who has taken
over as the Dean of the premiere business school of India.
Dr. Nageswaran,
a management graduate from IIM Ahmedabad and doctorate from the
University of Massachusetts mentioned, “World
over, universities offering business and management education are asking hard
questions of the purpose of their MBA programmes. KREA University’s liberal
arts education provides the answer. MBA graduates must be competent in
functional areas, must be decisive and effective managers and leaders, with a
strong moral compass and a firm sense of purpose. IFMR Graduate School of
Business (GSB) at KREA University aims to provide top-quality management
education that prepares students to be ethically grounded, be highly skilled in

IFMR GSB currently offers 2 year full time MBA program ( batch 2017-19 onwards it has been MBA degree under KREA University) in Finance, Marketing, IT & Operations, HR, and Financial Engineering, with additional specializations in Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) & Data Sciences (Business Analytics).
