MDI Gurgaon (MDI G or Management Development Institute Gurgaon) has once again set new benchmarks in management education and placements with the successful completion of the Final Placement Process for the Batch of 2023–25. This year’s placements saw exceptional participation from leading recruiters, underscoring the continued trust in the quality and caliber of talent developed at the institute.

• Academic background: 76% Commerce, 5% Engineering, 5% Arts, 5% Pharmacy, 1% Science, 1% Architecture. 

• Work experience: 37% freshers, 29% with 1-2 years, 26% with 2-3 years.

PLACEMENT HIGHLIGHTS: -

A total of 147 companies participated in the placement process, including 67 first-time recruiters, offering exciting opportunities across diverse sectors.  The highest CTC offered was ₹53.6 LPA, while the average CTC for the entire batch stood at ₹26.20 LPA.

• Top 10 percentile: Average ₹40.17 LPA; Median ₹37.00 LPA

• Top 25 percentile: Average ₹35.00 LPA; Median ₹34.36 LPA 

• Top 50 percentile: Average ₹31.04 LPA; Median ₹30.50 LPA

MDI Gurgaon saw strong participation from top recruiters across diverse sectors during the Final Placement Process for the Batch of 2023–25. Consulting led the way with 30% of the offers from firms like McKinsey & Co., BCG, and Deloitte USI. The BFSI sector followed closely with 25%, featuring names like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and D.E. Shaw. Conglomerates such as Aditya Birla Group, Reliance Industries, and RPG Group contributed 17% of the offers. FMCG/FMCD companies like PepsiCo, ITC, and Marico made up 7%, while e-commerce players Amazon and PhonePe accounted for 5%. Pharma and healthcare firms, including Cipla and Dr. Reddy’s, offered select roles, contributing 1% to the overall placements.
