IBPS will be issuing the IBPS PO Result online

The candidates who will appear in the preliminary online exam of IBPS PO will witness the IBPS PO result for the same. The conducting body, Institute of Banking Personnel Selection or IBPS has already issued the notification for the same on 26th June 2015. This result will be based on the candidates performance in the exam and if qualified, they will be called for further selection. Firstly for personal interview then for the allotment in all the participating Public Sector Banks or PSBs and financial institutions. To avail complete information on the result and selection process and other instructions, we have implanted the following headings in our article.

The IBPS PO result will be issued in the following three ways-

Issuance of result-1

Candidates scoring more than the cut - off marks will be considered eligible for the personal interview. Clearly this result will state the rejection of the rest of the candidates and will not be entertained further. The selected candidates will be able to see the status of selection while those who will not be selected will see their marks in sections. 

Issuance of result -2

This result will produce the marks of the selected candidates for personal interview. Such candidates will see their sectional and total marks that will be obtained by them in the written examination. No details such as the marks obtained in the interview round will be announced, even at the later stage of selection. 

Issuance of result-3

At this stage, final result will be furnished of the allotment process which will show the list of the finally selected candidates in the recruitment process. These selected candidates will be allotted a bank according to the preferences made by them and on the basis of their performance. Candidates can check this result using their roll number to see if they are allotted a bank or not. If you will be rejected then you might be put into an IBPS PO Result Reserve List for which an official notification would be announced. Those selected candidates, will be asked to report to the allotted institute within 3 months while the reserved candidates might be considered for allotment at a later stage.

Candidates will be able to check their result using the below mentioned steps - 

 1 For IBPS PO result, open the official website i.e. www.ibps.in.

 

 2 On accessing the Homepage of the website, list of exams will reflect on the  left side.

 

 3Seek for the tab titled as “PO/MT IV Examination”.

 4 Now click on that link to open the exam portal.

 

 5 Two links i.e. PO/MT III and PO/MT IV will appear. Click on the later one.

 

 6 Once the form opens, enter your roll number or registration number and  password or date of birth to check the result.

 

 7 Hit the submit button to view the result on the screen.

 

 8 For future use kindly generate the printout of the IBPS PO result by pressing  the print command.
