IBPS PO Result 2015 Will Soon Be Releasing

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will soon be releasing the IBPS PO Result on their official website. The exam was conducted on 31 October 2015 and the result is expected to be released in the month of November 2015. The candidates those who qualify the exam will be called for the interview round. The interview round will be conducted in December 2015. Other details for the result are available below in the article.


The candidates those who perform well in all the selection rounds will finally be selected to be recruited in the public sector banks and other participating financial institutes. Prior to the main exam, the prelim exam was also conducted. The candidates those who qualified the prelim exam were only allowed to appear in the main exam and now the candidates qualifying the main exam will be able to appear in the interview round.

IBPS PO Result 2015 is released in different stages. In the first stage, the result for the prelim exam is released whereas in the second phase the result for the main exam is released. The details for all the stages of the result are provided below.

In stage 1 of the result, the candidates will be selected for the main exam. The candidates those who succeed in scoring marks more than or equal to the cutoff marks will only be able to appear in the main exam. Those who failed to do so will be disqualified and will not be able to continue further in the selection process.


In stage 2 of IBPS PO 2015 Result, the candidates will be shortlisted for the interview round. The candidates those who qualify the main exam will only be able to appear in the interview round. Candidates will be able to check their sectional marks and total marks as well.

In the third and the final stage of the result declaration, the final list of the recruited candidates will be declared. The bank will be allotted to these candidates on the basis of their performance and preferences. Candidates can check their roll number in the list whether they have been selected finally or not. The candidates will have to report to the allotted institute within three months.


Steps To Check IBPS PO Result


As the IBPS PO Result will be available via online mode only, therefore the candidates will have to visit the official website of IBPS and check their result. Candidates need to follow the steps provided below:

  1. In order to check the result, candidates will have to visit the official website of IBPS.

  2. On the homepage, candidates will find the links for the various exams conducted by IBPS.

  3. From those given links, candidates will have to find and click the link for IBPS PO 2015 exam.

  4. On clicking, they will find two links, PO/MT-III, and PO/MT-IV. Candidates need to click the latter link.

  5. Then candidates will be asked to enter their roll number and birth date. They have to enter these details correctly and submit them to check their result.

  6. On submitting the details, the IBPS PO Result will appear on the screen. Candidates need to take a print out of their result.
