I am suffering from severe insomnia and heavy irregular pattern of sleep
I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes in the middle of the day sometimes I sleep for 3-4 hours sometimes for 12
there is litterally no pattern I have lived like this all my younger life but its becoming worse as Jacked Muscle Extreme I get a bit older now (nearing 30)I am getting depressed from the constant out of sync with the world Sometimes I have no idea whe re I am when I wake up I just get to work and do my IM stuff without thinking untill I drop to sleep literally as its like a fix to get to sleepWell, maybe it's time to ask for a second opinion.I used trazadone in the past for sleep and it works good. Two doctors who have prescribed it to me for sleep have said "it is the best there is". It is not habit forming and it will make you sleepLCHF diet, if you're on a carb high all the time your blood sugars are probably messing with you exercise is good, but you want to be doing it in the morning, HIIT is good. Can you bike to work instead of driving, taking public transport?
