Rumors are arousing among the people that Samsung is going to launch its much-awaited foldable smartphone. It will be added to the series of smartphones having foldable qualities. It is said that Samsung is going to announce its speculated smartphone flagship on 11 February 2020. It is also in news that it will be just like similar to Galaxy S10 series and slightly different from the foldable Galaxy. Tech experts are saying that it will be like Motorola Razr, which is also a flip styled smartphone, and it will also going to introduce on the 6th of February this year.

As per reports of Bloomberg, Samsung was previously working on a foldable clamshell-styled smartphone, and after some time, the company tested this concept officially last year in October.

Some are saying that the slight appearance of this smartphone will be like flip featured “Galaxy Z.” We are going to provide some necessary information on the foldable Samsung smartphone.

We are going to show you two different gadgets: the first one is Galaxy Fold, which looks like a tablet by its appearance that can be folded into a smartphone. The other one is Galaxy Z Flip that resembles the appearance of a small square when it gets unfolded. Z Flip will appear as much smaller than a normal smartphone. The images of this smartphone are posted to other sites like WinFuture and Weibo.

Z  Flip is preparing for an even smaller model similar to the new Razr by Motorola, which is just like other smartphones that will appear something small. Razr is not looking much smaller as Z Flip as it looks half of the normal-sized phone.

According to WinFuture, Z Flip takes the shape of a small square when it folded. This gadget holds the mini gap in the middle portion of this smartphone for folding to half. There are also two similar sized small bumps appearing at the lowermost portion of the device. The bumps are situated at the edges of this smartphone.

There are rumors that the company is introducing a glass screen instead of the previously launched foldable version of Galaxy Fold. That was previously unreliable gadget and not very popular due to plastic screen. The users are expecting Samsung to have introduced glass screens as plastic breaks easily, and it is also seen just after using Galaxy Fold for a few days. A lot of viewers complained of their device’s screen breaking issues due to plastic content. Rumors were also arising for Motorola Razr for the same issue, but the company further stated that the lumps and bumps of its Razr version are normal.

Among these rumors, smartphone lovers who are expecting for the release of Z Flip in February, are desiring to get glass screens instead of plastic ones to avoid mishaps with their new gadget.

Other tech experts like Ice Universe are claiming that the newly introducing smartphone will equip with glass screens.

Some leakers like “Max Weinbach” gives his statement that the company might provide an additional layer of plastic to its smartphone as protection instead of providing glass protection.

Weinbach provides a statement with a brand name for glass screen: Samsung Ultra-Thin Glass, a for which Samsung already requests a trademark in the state of Europe.

There is another information rotating in the mind of gadget lovers is Samsung collaborated with Schott: a German glass developing company, and it is said that it is producing thin glasses for a couple of years.

According to reports of SamMobile, the name “Galaxy Z Flip” appears first on the accreditation of a govt site of Indonesia.

Numerous others like WinFuture express that the upcoming folded smartphone may be known as “Z Flip.” Weinbach has also given the same opinion as WinFuture. It is also in rumor that the device holds a bigger screen compared to Razr, Dual Cameras, and other various Snapdragon 855+ smartphones.

Various leakers are providing their opinion that the device might diagonally hold 6.7 inches OLED and is much greater than Razr’s screen display of dimension of 6.2 inches. The screen is expected to have FHD+ resolution with an aspect ratio of 22:9 as per WinFuture records.
