1. Go to https://www.facebook.com/help/lock-out and follow the steps to regain access to your account.

2. Click on the link above, enter your email address and a message explaining why you need help with this issue. You can also take screenshots of any messages from Facebook that show that you have been locked out of your account.

3. You will receive an email from Facebook that asks for more details about the issue and what happened leading up to it occurring. You will then receive a response from Facebook within 24 hours if not sooner.
