If you are struggling or want to improve your path to success then you are going to want to stop what you are doing, get a quick snack, and read this article now.

In the next couple of minutes, we're going to look at some crucial elements to success and how failure can help you be successful faster. You MUST read these steps if you are having trouble being successful in one way or another. First, we are going to talk about how success is achieved through trying. Then, we are going to talk about why you need to fail to turn your life around. Lastly, we are going to finish up by talking how failure can fuel your engagement.

First, lets start by talking about how success is achieved through trying. Everyone wants to be successful but how exactly can you be successful? The answer is to act instantly and try something. The wright brothers had no motif to start building an airplane, everyone was convinced that it was impossible at that time. What separates the Wright brothers from everyone else is that they actually tried to do something. They failed numerous times and after spending months building failed prototypes, they still tried. You wont get far in life if you don't try to do something. If you don't try, you don't know what you are capable of. Everyone has a hidden talent that they don't know about and if you don't act, you will never find out what it is. Also, you don't develop the necessary skills needed for success if you don't try anything. Imagine a person who lived so cautiously that he only developed a few skill sets. An example would be a 40 year old car junk-yard salesman who only knew about car maintenance and how to sell broken down cars. Would you expect him to find a different job or be successful in something other than selling damaged cars?

The second thing we are going to talk about why you need to fail. An example of failure is in Thomas Edison's success story. His teachers told him that he was "too stupid to learn anything". He eventually pursued his dream and after developing 1,000 light bulbs, he created one that worked. He gained experience after each and every single light bulb and eventually created a working light bulb. Failure is needed to gain experience. Every millionaire has had embarrassing mistakes that they learned from. If you don't ever fail, you wont know what you could do to improve something. These horrible experiences can be learned from and applied to any part of your life so that the same outcome will not occur. Don't ever forget that failure has the potential of improving your mindset and yourself as a person.

The last thing we are going to talk about is how failure can fuel your engagement. Success is often described as 'survival of the fittest' and this is 100% true. Life beats everyone down eventually and the ones that get up succeed. But a lot of people don't get up, they usually try to do something but don't give their full effort. Every successful person has engagement that is fueled by failure. Most people are determined to succeed, but they stop as soon as an obstacle appears. This ultimate obstacle is 'failure'. This is what separates successful people and normal people. Once a normal person fails, they stop everything and don't ever continue that path. But once a normal person goes around failure and learns from it, they become more determined and eventually successful. Remember that all successful people are miners; they start off their path to success by gathering 'failure ore' which contain rich experiences. They eventually mine down the ore and gather the rich experiences to convert them to wisdom. After this process is complete, they can move forward with a fully engaged life.

These are the crucial elements to success. First, act instantly or try doing something. Second, you need to fail at one point or another. And finally, you need to fuel your engagement with failure (or be a miner).
